Yoga: Prenatal and Postpartum


I have been a student of yoga for 15 years. I love seeking out drop-in classes when I travel and am always eager to try a new flavor of yoga.

In May of 2013, I found myself at the crossroads of mother-of-two and corporate working woman.  Harnessing the mantra “She Believed She Could, So She Did,” I explored the part of myself that had always thought “I could be a yoga instructor”. Motivated farther, by my son’s bold and beautiful water birth – I knew that the Blooma Prenatal Teacher Training was the perfect path to enter the Twin Cities birth and yoga communities.

When I found Blooma Yoga and Wellness, I found my yoga-studio home. The trifecta of good women, good music and good movement hooked me and I’ve been crushing hard ever since.

You can find me teaching prenatal yoga classes at Blooma Plymouth:

Wednesdays – 5 p.m. and Thursdays @ 9:30 a.m.

Blooma’s B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Baby Yoga!) followed by Mama’s Group:

Thursdays – 10:45 a.m. and 12 noon
